Once more unto into the breach

Seeing as there is now an entire "Draft Doug" thread in the traveller newsgroup on the SJgames boards, and with the positive reactions I've gotten here, I've taken the first step in writing Imperial Navy. I've contacted a potential co-author (one of the guys who co-wrote Starships)

Now, start on an outline and some other bits of writing.

Any of you who served in the Navy (anybody's Navy) or the Coast Guard (hello, sailorjim!) might find me picking your brains for details.

Heh, I'm beginning a writing project, and look what WinAmp comes up with.

At this point, I have no idea of any of what made it to playtest is even still in existence.

Like I said, I'm just getting an early start in case things work out and I get the book.
