If you'd like, I'll find you Talmudic sources for each of these, time permitting.
4. If a married man dies without children, his brother shall marry the widow. If he refuses to marry his brother's widow or deliberately does not give her children, he shall pay a fine of one shoe and be otherwise punished in a manner to be determined by law. (Gen. 38:6-10; Deut 25:5-10)
nonono, the ceremony undertaken when a man chooses not to marry his late brother's wife includes removing a shoe, not paying the value of one. I'm not sure what sorts of monetary issues are involved.
Marriage of a Christian and a pagan shall be forbidden. (Gen 24:3; Num 25:1-9; Ezra 9:12; Neh 10:30)
Being a Nice Jewish Boy, I feel the need to pojnt out that Christians are never mentioned in what they refer to as the Old Testament. At least the way I've learned it, I'm sure their slant is different.
13. Anyone who plants two different crops in a field, who wears garments made of two different fabrics, or who curses or blasphemes, must be stoned to death.
nono, the prohibition is against a blend of wool and linen specifically, since that's the material used to make the garments of the high priest. The prohibition isn't a blanket ban on mixed fabrics.
Anyway, all this being said, religious law shouldn't dictate civil law, and vice versa.
Pedantry...
