CNN is doing a retrospective of Pete Sampras' career. They are showing his old footage in black and white, with artificial aging. The guy only played about 14 years. Can we please stop with the fake nostalgia?
My inner cynic thinks it sounds like something an intern or other newbie put toghether for fun/practice/learning, which then got used as filler/slow news day content or something.
But my brain is also very mushy and sluggish today, and the things it says should not be taken too seriously.
