He did it AGAIN!

Bottom 10th, Barry Bonds steps to the plate for the Giants, one pitch and..

San Francisco Giants: 4
Atlanta Braves: 3

Simply unreal. We sweep the Braves in three one-run games, two of which went to extra innings, and two that were decided by walk-off homers by Bonds

Especially after he had done the exact same thing two nights before!

A further note.. evidently, Cox told his pitcher to stay low and away. The pitch that Bonds sent onto orbit was a location mistake.

I'd have suggested the intentional walk thingie. Unless, of course, the bases were loaded.

OTOH, that can come back to bite you, too. It certainly got the Pirates this past Tuesday, when they intentionally walked Jim Edmonds to load the bases for Scott Rolen. Rolen cleared the bases with a double to start off a 10-run inning for the Redbirds. And I was there to watch! Woo-hoo!
