Heavy Metal Sunday breaks all the rules

One of the problems with trying to pigeon-hole bands in nice, neat categories is that every so often you'll come across and act that easily straddles multiple genres and does all of them well, often in a single song. King's X is one of those bands. Progressive metal, grunge, funk, soul, gospel, blues, and the British Invasion are all used to describe this group, who are also often labeled as a Christian act because of their lyrics. (The band resists this label, preferring to be known as a good ban whose members happen to be religious.)

What ever they are, they freaking rock. Enjoy King's X performing Complain

Series Win!

San Francisco Giants: 5
Los Angeles Bums: 4

Our first winning home stand of the season. And of course, we won in heart-stopping fashion: a two-out, bottom of the 9th chopper right up the middle by Eugenio Velez that got kickjed around, allowing Aaron Rowand to score from 3rd.

GO GIANTS!!!!

L.A. SUCKS!!!
