The suggested driving time made me laugh. With lunch and stops, it was right around seven hours of road time.

Y'know, for a complete non-foodie, I'm utterly addicted to Top Chef. Of course, I have no fashion sense and love Project Runway as well.

This is the kind of reality I love. Skilled people being forced to push those skills to the limit. Amazing what they can come up with in limited time with very limited resources.

Not that I'd eat most of it. And I feel guilty for contemplating a microwave burrito.
