Our bloody President.

The White House has now admitted that it used a document known to be a forgery to bolster its push for war in Iraq. Think about this for a second. Over two hundred service members dead in Iraq so far because Bush lied. I don't give a damn if Saddam Hussein was Satan incarnate, Bush lied to the American people and the Congress to start a war. Maybe I'm just a little off, but this seems to be a bit more serious than lying about a blow-job.

Go to Vote to Impeach and make it clear that sending American soldiers into combat based on a known falsehood rises to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors." Get involved and let this President know he answers to us.

Fashion question.

Since we know live in the bloody hot Santa Clara Valley, I bought a pair of shorts yesterday. I'm a little perturbed here, so those of you with a sense of style, help me out.

Being me, I wanted denim, and all of the men's shorts hung to just above the knee. To me, shorts come up to mid-thigh. Am I missing some sort of trend here? Is this the way things are supposed to look? Or am I a geek yet again?

What I forgot to get was running shorts so I can, well, walk. And tan. Pasty-white legs not good.
