Feh. Unless the Imperium can grow me new brain sections.. That's actually something I've been playing with; combining GURPS Traveller with Biotech. With all the different races of Humaniti, along with the fact that we know the Solomani gene-tweaking dolphins and apes into sapience, why not have a 3I setting where people upgrade their kidneys and gene-fix their kids. Could explain those big populations on less than desirable worlds and the Imperium's distaste of artificial enhancements.
The light, heavy, and micro gravity-worlder templates alone would be a help to creating something other than the boring 1 G humans we always see.
