Exactly. Lucifer would probably take Rapport as his +5 skill, and take a Stunt allowed him to get anyone to reveal their true desire.

Captain Jack Hotness might even take an aspect "Omnisexual and Unafraid" allowing him to seduce, well, almost anything by spending a Fate Point. I'm sure you can see how that could be turned against the player with much malicious laughter.
