Heavy Metal Sunday is pissed off about his bracket

I know nothing about basketball, but each year, I take part in [livejournal.com profile] davehogg's NCAA Tournament pool. Now I understand where the term "March Madness" comes from. I have no idea who half these schools are, and they have taken over my life! Of course, after an optimistic start, my nearly random choices have burned to the ground.

So I'm pissed off and mad about it. As are the Texas Hippie Coalition a band out of Chickasha, Texas. They have released their first nationally released album, Rollin distributed by Carved Records and Sony, which moved into the top ten on the CMJ Loud Rock Chart. Nicknamed "The Band of Outlaws", THC is a hard rock with influences in Metal and Southern Rock. THC is made of lead vocalist Big Dad Ritch, bassist John Exall, guitarist Randy Cooper, guitarist Crawfish, and drummer Ryan "The Kid" Bennett.

These guys need to work with David Allen Coe like yesterday. But anyway, as I wait to see what new horror today's games brings me, enjoy Pissed Off and Mad About It form the best-named band I've seen in some time, the Texas Hippie Coaltion

From what I've heard, the brackets are surprising a lot of people. I did one at my last full-time job and got used to failing. I also miss it a little. I may do a free one next year, just because (the office did a pool with payouts for first, second, and worst).

Following March Madness for four years, I acquired one taste in NCAA. Duck Fuke. Thank you, Arizona!
