There's been some boat/dock damage in places along the Oregon coast. Apparently some place near Brookings get most of the stuff in the harbor messed up.

And around 10 am, a couple who apparently hadn't paid attention to the "tsunamis danger extends at least 12 hours after initial arrival time" messages. They were on the beach and got swept out to sea. Got rescued though.
