DO you get any of the Heston Blumenthal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heston_Blumenthal) programmes over there.

I can really recommend Heston's Feasts among others.

And I've just found them on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/show/hestonsfeasts)
