Based on what we had before this started, and what a couple of test sites said was average for my area, somewhere in the 4-5Mbps range for downloads.

I use a Firefox extension called Morning Coffee to open a set of pre-set pages. My daily list is 15 sites. That doesn't count things I check only on specific days. Before this all started, the Morning Coffee sites would all load in under a minute. Now? It's not even worth trying.
