Heavy Metal Sunday is bringing Potato Salad

It's Labor Day weekend here in the United States, a holiday celebrated by not working. Hmmm. But a tradition long associated with the holiday is the end of summer picnic; and today we're chowing down with System of a Down, the Armenian-American Experimental Metal band out of Glendale, California. Formed in 1994, SOAD has released five studio albums over the years, and in August 2006 announced they were going on an indefinite hiatus.

For today's picnic you just need to remember one thing: It's B.Y.O.B. This song won the 2006 Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance.
