My sister-in-law has died. Details are sketchy, and unless it's cleared by people closer to her I'm not going to be posting them, but this was sudden and extremely unexpected.

I'm staying home by the phone today in case we're needed for something.

My sympathies. My mom went in a sudden and unexpected manner too; I remember getting the call from my dad at work and being literally unable to process what he said; in a grimly funny way it was a case of "you speak, but your words, they have no meaning".

Hope everyone can handle it as well as possible.
