Perusing the phone book-sized San Francisco voters' guide, I find that of the candidates running for BART board is named Vesko G. Marinov, PhD, Dr.Eng.
I'm sorry, but that's what you name a supervillain, not a mid-level politician.
The Insidious DR. MARINOV probably makes his lair under the bay. Accessing it from his private, pitch-black, BART car.
Sad thing is, his oppenent is named James Fang.
