R.I.P. Bob Wilkins. Thanks for teaching me to truely love bad movies.

He also did this show, and I so want to do the costume. Captain Cosmic introduced a lot of us to the concept of Japanese animation.

So, what's your favorite bad science-fiction/horror movie of all time? For me, The Creeping Terror is the best of the best. Bad acting, a monster that looked like a shag carpet with occasional glimpses of sneakered feet under it, and the best part? The completed soundtrack was dropped into Lake Tahoe and the entire movie had to be re-dubed.

There should be a good cigar & a bad SF flick. I'm not certain where would be best, but it must have those two.

Oh! & a picture of Captain Cosmic looking ... well ... Cosmic.

I remember when he showed the Invisible Man and he was not on camera, just a suit, his glasses & a cigar moving around as if he were there. While his droll voice explained the obvious as if it were something which couldn't be helped.

BTW: Joe Medina told me last night on FB.
