Supposedly, the BBC says that it's because Pakistan tried to block YouTube. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7262071.stm) I'm a little unclear on the details but it seems like the Pakistani telco did something naughty and still illegal in several states to DNS....
