Is it that hard to get the details right?
Just saw a commercial for Overstock.com. A forklift operator is surrounded by mattresses, requiring a large button to be pressed sending said mattresses out to stores. Pretty standard stuff.
Except that when the driver goes to shift into reverse, he instead grabs the tilt control. The gear shift on most lifts is on the steering column. Those three levers you can see are up/down, tilt, and left/right. Tiny detail, but enough to annoy anyone who runs a forklift.
