Yeah, but is he going to wind up with a * next to the number because of the 'roids?

What roids? He's never failed a MLB test for steroids, never admitted to using steroids, and even his BALCO-linked trainer Greg Anderson said he never gave Barry steroids.

Maris got an asterisk because the length of the season had changed between the time that Ruth hit 60 homeruns and he hit 61. Even that was removed.

Thats the game with the bat and the round thing right?

It was a lovely game [we were there] - now if only the Giants has -won- the game. [sighs] I still had a great time. [and if that one foul shot had gone about 8 foot to the left there would've been 2 home runs by Bonds last night].

Y'know, this wasn't overly funny the first time. Baseball and the Giants are important parts of my life. If all you are going to do is mock them, please refrain from commenting on baseball-related posts.

The career homerun record is one of the most storied in the game, and Barry Bonds is about to tie it. If you don't care, fine. I do care.

ok I seem to be bating 1000 today as far as trying to be cute and comeing off as insulting. I am sorry that my post came off as mocking. it was intended to be about me being "a dork who dosn't understand sports" and not about disrespecting people who like sports.

so that being said Go GIANTS!
