FYI - Japanese have this weird thing that you shouldn't HEAR what they are doing. They have music and other noises in their bathrooms. Here they flush. And they also run the water to hide the noise. Very weird. And they squat at toilets. Traditionally they don't sit (it's a hole in the ground), but some are very western, so YMMV.
Yeah, it would be nice if someone explained to them, we don't mind the noise and we need the water saved.
And they flock to Fry's in tourist bus loads! They particularly like the Mayan one, probably because it's near the airport. I've actually run into them a couple of times.
