Still confused, less connected

kshandra here. For those of you who don't follow my journal, it looks as though we lost our net connectivity this morning (about which I have theories, but I'll spare you). The appointment to get uVerse set up is next Wednesday; we're supposed to get DSL in the meantime, but Doug was still playing phone tag with our AT&T rep last I heard. So consider the Penguin offline until further notice.
