Head, meet desk.

It struck me this morning that I could have spent all that lovely downtime at work yesterday working on the Concordat time line and filling in some holes in my outline, or just jotting down notes (I really need to decide who the justice system is handled at the trial level, for example.)

Why do I always think of these things the day after?
