Down to the liquor store for lottery tickets.

Interestingly, there was a bike race/event down at Almaden Lake Park that was breaking up as I rode home. Severe bike envy there. I saw some $900 trail racers being pushed around. It was kind of annoying that so many people were pushing their bikes along the margin where I was trying to ride.. that forced me into a traffic lane a few times.

A nice day for a ride. But I realized something; my bike isn't very good for trail work and good road training. I love it for errands and the like, but a mountain bike would be best for the other things. Now that the whole length of the Guadalupe River Trail is open, I'd like to be able to ride it for my workouts.

This will be much easier if we win the lottery tonight. :)

Birthday Baseball Outing - Time sensitive!

Here's what we're doing:

Friday, July 2nd. Giants vs. A's First pitch is scheduled for 1915.

I've got tickets in VR304. If you want to go to the game, grab them fast That's about the only section left! Tickets are $23.00. Best bet is to order through the Giants website. Just click on the little green "T" on the second.

Let me know if you're coming and have ordered your tickets. We'll figure out where to meet once we know who is coming.
