At last.
Our landlord came by today with a roofer. The short of it is that they are finally replacing the skylights. This will happen tomorrow. He is also paying for the rental of a carpet cleaner so we can get the funk out of the carpets on the stairs.
About bloody time.
The only problem is that one of the skylights is directly over my bathroom. I had better take care of things before they show up.
